Program Details
One-on-one sessions: I will do an initial free consultation with you to determine your needs and goals. This will help me to devise a fitness plan to help you meet those goals. This plan will include mobility and balance training, strength and/or low-impact and/or high-intensity cardio (HIIT). It will also be accompanied with some nutrition information and/or advice.

On-line fitness coaching plans: Choose from monthly fitness coaching options.
A: I will create a monthly workout plan customized to fit your needs and goals. Includes written exercise guidance and self-tracking logs. This is great for those who know how to workout, they just need a plan! $85/mth
B: Everything in plan A, plus- exercise guidance, weekly (text or e-mail) check-ins, and one monthly 30min. in-person or Facetime/Zoom session. This is a great option for those who are new to working out or not exactly sure what they need to be doing! $115/mth
Online nutrition coaching plans: Choose from monthly nutrition coaching options.
A: Basic nutrition information and guidance customized to your goals and preferences. Goal and/or food tracking logs. This is a great option for those individuals that are ready to guide themselves on better nutrition, and just want a plan on what they need to do to meet their goals. $75/mth
B: Everything in plan A, plus weekly (text or e-mail) check-ins, and one monthly 30min. Facetime/Zoom session. Perfect for those that need the knowledge of what to do, plus help keeping track and staying accountable! $105/mth
Online hybrid coaching plans: Choose from hybrid fitness&nutrition coaching options.
A: Monthly workout plan with written exercise guidance and self-tracking logs. Along with Basic nutrition information and guidance customized to your goals and preferences. Great for those looking to start their fitness/nutrition journey, they just need a plan! $150/mth
B: Everything in plan A, plus weekly (text or e-mail) check-ins for both workout and nutrition, and one monthly 60min. in-peson or Facetime/Zoom session. Great for those new to fitness/nutrition, need a plan and guidance and help staying accountable! $200/mth
