What's Included?

Each week, you’ll participate in a 60-minute in-studio session that includes:

Nutrition & Healthy Habits Lesson (10–15 minutes)

Topics include understanding macros, "clean" eating, simple meal building, and habit strategies all taught in a calm, beginner-friendly way.

Mindset & Confidence Coaching (5 minutes)

Tools to use when overwhelm and frustration hit (and they will!). We'll focus on identity, self-belief and how to recognize progress over perfection. 

Guided Workout (30–40 minutes)

A safe, low-impact strength training workout focusing on proper form & breathing, foundational movement patterns. 

2 Optional At-Home Workouts Each Week

A quick, yet effective confidence-building workout that will keep you motivated until the next session. No equipment required.

Meet Your Trainer, Athena

Less than 10 years ago I was desiring a healthier lifestyle, but I had no idea where to start. Like most people, I've had my share of ups and downs along the journey, and I know from experience how easy it is to develop unhealthy habits and how hard it can be to stick with a consistent exercise routine. But, after finding a good rhythm, I gained confidence, which motivated me to want to help women become stronger, healthier, happier versions of themselves. Three years ago, I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a year ago I added NASM Certified Nutrition Coaching to my training.

 

I created Strong Foundations to empower women with the building blocks of fitness and nutrition, so they can take control of their health and overall wellbeing. I hope you'll take this next step by joining other women in a small, supportive group and begin your journey — one simple step at a time.

At Studio A, we know that you want to feel empowered in your health. In order to do that you need a supportive environment. The problem is you are confused about nutrition and exercise which makes you feel frustrated when failed attempts keep you starting over. We believe you shouldn't struggle to feel healthy and strong. We understand how overwhelming it can be to start on your health journey alone which is why I use my certifications and years of experience to create Strong Foundations.  Here's how we do it: 1. Meet together in small groups (maximum of 6 women). 2. Provide you with the foundational information to build on each week. 3. Give you a step-by-step plan for long-term sustainability.
